CWA President Claude Cummings Jr. Visits Video Game Members Ahead of Bargaining Session

Last week, CWA President Claude Cummings Jr. met with members at the Activision Blizzard campus in Irvine, Calif., to celebrate the growing wave of video game workers organizing across the industry. During his visit, President Cummings emphasized the importance of building on this historic momentum by securing strong first contracts at Microsoft studios and beyond.

In a show of unity, President Cummings, along with over 100 game workers from other bargaining units at Activision Blizzard and Microsoft studios, joined the World of Warcraft Bargaining Committee for a solidarity walk ending at the location of the bargaining session. Cummings then attended the session in support of members’ fight for a fair collective bargaining agreement.
